Please be advised that JIGZ Ilocos Empanada will be CLOSED TODAY, 4 June 2026, Thursday, due to the scheduled power interruption announced by CASURECO II (see their shared post below for details).

​Because our kitchen equipment and operations rely entirely on electricity, we won't be able to serve you our freshly made treats today.

Additionally, with the current extreme heat index, the safety and health of our fam is our top priority. Our store doubles the heat during frying as well. Taking this quick pause allows us to keep everyone safe and cool! ☀️🌡️

​We care about your safety too, specially those of you who resides in the same area affected by this power interruption. Please stay hydrated, keep cool, and take all necessary precautions against the heat.

​When the clock strikes 3:00 PM today, the oil starts to shimmer, the dough is hand-rolled with love, and a very special bridge is built.

​This isn’t just your average street food. This is my story - our story. As a proud, born and raised, full-blooded Ilocana, my mission since Day One has been to bring you home with me—to the cobblestones of Vigan and the rustic warmth of Ilocos.
