August, I love you.
Honestly, while 95% of people are worried about their sales and revenue this month, I’m actually grateful for the slower pace. It gave me time to breathe, take a break, clear my head, and spend more time in the laboratory and i needed that. Running Eskina Cuisine can be exhausting. There’s always something to cook, fix, improve, create, or worry about. But sometimes, stepping back is exactly what you need to move forward. So instead of stressing about what didn’t happen this month, I’m using the time to experiment, develop new ideas, and quietly build what comes next.
That’s just how i do things at Eskina Cuisine a little crazy, a little stubborn, but always moving. While some are looking at today’s numbers, I’m thinking about tomorrow’s possibilities.
I love you, August.
Thank you for giving me a little breathing room.
Now back to the lab. Something is cooking.
PS I am CLOSED today. See you Tomorrow
