Closing the issue with these 2 throwback posts - one post from 2024, and another similar post last May 2026.

Again, we are asking for your patience when ordering. We do understand the hunger, and the rush when you still have classes and other appointments to attend to. But please, be kind when ordering or following up for your orders not only from us, but do this to other businesses as well.

Sobrang init, at nakakapagod sa kusina, and fyi always late na din kumakain ang mga nagtatrabaho sa kusina not only in El Garaje, I'm sure ganun din sa ibang food businesses. We eat lunch 2PM-3PM na, minsan wala ng ganang mag lunch sa sobrang pagod. This is the reality and irony of working in the kitchen. Just please be extra kind and patient when ordering. Wala kaming ibang gusto kundi ang maging happy kayo kapag kumakain ng food namin.

Kung bad or worst ang service namin, proud parin ako na marami na kami "napa graduate" like almost daily ga order. If grabe nga hulatanay gidman, basi wala sila nag tyaga order sa amon a. We can't say nga perfect kami at walang delay, there are delays sometimes, hindi naman palagi. We take note mga messages nyo like "Tita may exam pa ako or tita may class pa ako, pwede kaya maka deliver agad?" As fast as we can, we prepare and deliver your orders, but ang rule ko talaga sa work namin is "safety first" especially sa kusina, at delivery.

Sa nag post nito, I'm inviting you to my kitchen to personally witness how things are done so you'll better understand how an order of "JUST THREE PIECES OF CHICKEN CAN TAKE AROUND AN HOUR."

And by batch nganiiii ang delivery. Sobrang mahal na ang gas both panluto and gas ng motor for delivery. Asking you to not order when in a hurry is not being unprofessional but being honest na hindi talaga namin kayang e rush ang mga orders and I've already posted this sa page months ago. Dahil number 1, mag-isa lang nagluluto si Tita and gusto ko ako nalang talaga ang nagluluto to protect my recipes and everything sa kusina, dahil hindi naman ako nagpapayaman. I'm not after that huge income - sapat na sa akin ang maka bayad sa mga bills, makabayad sa utang, at mapakain ang pamilya. That's why kahit gaano na ka mahal ang mga bilihin, we are trying our best na hindi magmahal ang mga paninda namin dahil concern din kami sa mga customers - sa inyo na students na pinapaaral ng nga magulang and i know how hard it is to earn these days. We value your money and even wanted to help na makatipid kayo that's why we provide FREE DELIVERY (Nakaka save kayo 20-50 pesos i think if nagpapa rider kayo). Plus, during free DF hours especially lunch time, sabay sabay talaga ang orders. We are not just cooking and delivering for 1 person only. If delay na nag pick up ang naunang customers, nagkaka domino effect na sa mga next deliveries, that's why it really takes much time sometimes. Hindi naman lagi. And.... btw we also have FREE MEALS, tho hindi naman personal money ni Tita ang ginagamit sa free meals, at least we got to bridge help from generous people na kahit hindi nyo ka ano ano ay willing tumulong sa inyo. Just like me, hindi nyo naman ako ka ano ano. wala naman ako mapapala sa mga pinagagawa kong FREEEEE na ito. I have my personal problems, but kahit gaano ka bigat ang buhay, helping you makes life a little lighter for me.

I really appreciate you if that "love" for El Garaje is genuine kaya nagawa mong mag post. I'm not forcing people to order from us, or avail of the products we offer, but I really appreciate those people who stretches their understanding about things. And one thing's for sure, we will try (as always) out best to give you best food and service. Mahal ko kayo. 💟

Happy weekend everyone! Sorry we're CLOSED today until tomorrow (Saturday-Sunday). Mama duties po muna si Tita. Review for the upcoming Q1 exam ng anak, labada, linis ng bahay, grocery run, at marami pa. 😅
