Affordable food, good coffee, and a chill vibe. Come visit us—we’d love to have you! VAL AND JOE is a diner style restaurant that serves American comfort food personalized to cater Filipino taste buds. To keep the core of the restaurant, the main ingredients are switched to locally sourced products such as longanisa for classic burger patty, and kamote for traditional potato fries. The owners’ zeal for kombi and anything vintage becomes the major influence in creating this kind of business concept -- starting from the food, the interior of the restaurant, and to the equipment they use for outdoor services. The restaurant name is derived from the first names of the owners’ fathers, making it more of a tribute to their hard work and distinct paternal love.
