🚚 The Red Truck of Araku 🚚
High in India’s Araku Valley, coffee grows on small plots tended by indigenous farming communities. Reaching these remote hill farms was once a challenge, until a red truck began its daily climb through winding mountain roads, stopping village by village to collect freshly harvested cherries.
More than transport, the red truck became a symbol of cooperation. It connected farmers to one another, to fair pricing, and to a shared future through the Araku Coffee Cooperative.
This coffee carries that journey. Gently roasted for filter, it expresses the valley’s character with notes of plum, berries, milk chocolate, and hazelnut. Bright, sweet, and quite complex.
