Today, my colleague and I decided to get something ultimately familiar to me.

I used to demand and ask my husband to buy their buchi from the Saguiaran branch while we were residing dito sa MSU. Di ko alam bakit sa lahat pa ng paglilihian ko, eh yung products pa na specifically from that branch only. I remember getting frustrated kapag di naaabutan ng husband ko yung buchi nila kasi 11am ang delivery ng products dun, and pagdating dun ng asawa ko from his work, ubos na ang products nila.

A year later, it saddened me to see this shop with a negative review because of customer service. Indeed, nothing is perfect, and I guess even the best pastry shop in town is not exempted. Pero pana-panahon lang talaga..... We can't really condemn them just because they made a mistake which can be obviously corrected.

And kudos to the management and crew, may results agad ang feedback. My colleague and I both gave a 500 bill each for products worth 240 pesos (we bought the same set of boxes), and nasuklian naman kami agad. Worth it naman na matraffic kami sa daan for more than an hour after coming from their shop kasi I enjoyed one of my comfort foods.

With every misstep, progress follows. SKL, worth it naman.

REVIEWS & INSIGHTS | I ALWAYS BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF GREETINGS & SMILE...." i smiled and asked "guwapa" naa moy?...or Assalamo Alaikom...

by Ms Johaniah Yusoph | I hope this comment will share some inspiration for us to continuously spread goodness. This may not be agreeable to some & in other situations but to me I always believe in the power of greetings & smile. Yes, the salesladies or anyone na may client/customer should be the ones na oriented at naka smile lagi, but it won’t harm also if we as customers treat them the same. I’ve always use this trick & in most cases po nakakatulong naman. ☺️ In bank transactions, I would greet a fellow Muslim “Assalamo Alaykom po” before handing the number & deposit slip. If he’s a Muslim guy, “good morning po Sir,” at pag sa mga groceries naman sa Marawi like in Dansalan, I add some “gwapa” to address them politely. I remember there was once a saleslady in a grocery na ilang beses na akong bumibili at ilang beses ko na rin naexperience yong pagiging simangot niya. I shrugged it off kasi lagi kong iniisip na baka mas marami siyang problema keysa sa akin. 😂 But one day, I addressed her in different way instead of just telling her the things I am buying, I smiled and asked “gwapa, naa moy…” from that time on she learned also to smile back to me. I just don’t know with other customers. In some cases naman, may mga ganun parin but usually our greetings do the trick. And don’t forget to say thank you. ☺️ If we think they lack customer service, we can teach them by dealing with them in kinder ways, In shaa Allah.

Keep it up po Creme Top. We’ve always loved your products kahit na minsan may mga ganung experience po. It will not stop us from patronizing your goodies. In shaa Allah. 😊
