Pagbazaran is from the Ilocano known local dialect which means a "dining room or hapagkainan in tagalog" and already launched a very sizzling forename as Djchef Tapa House. Djchef Tapa House a former Pagbazaran Fud Haus concept is a small family business that was established and runs by the whole family including myself. This business would not possible without the support of key individuals
who contributed their talent and time to put-up this bistro, especially my mom who shared her major investment and my sister who currently in charge in store operations. I really love cooking and experimenting a number of Filipino food cuisines with combinations of local and native appetite to serve a best meal for every costumer. It's just all basic idea that turns to a serious nature of reality business which brings all demands of creating and establishing the great inspiration. As a beginner in the food business, which I certainly has no proficient experienced in whatsoever level nature as a certified chef. My only tools are what I've seen in common restaurants in the region. And for what I've learned was only at home and not in a serious nature of culinary degree or study, though, it's my obsession, and these passions gives me much aspirations to cook and to endeavor myself at very best to grip all those stuff and apply into a realism that can cater a fantastic cuisine to community, that was the first target market. The first week of operations was a huge challenged and to think that there is a similar business nearby, a competition that upbringing many challenges to create a best shield defense to win the hearts of the patrons. So I did all my best to succeed and to be the best choice when it comes to food services. Suddenly, our first week effort of operation was not a successful mission and I decided to close down for another week to try and to think of what I need to conceive new ingredients for a perfect menu and rebranding image in order to setup new concepts of my very
own style of restaurant. Formerly, all foods was serves set as precooked and ready to dish up like usual “carinderia” or eatery... but customer did not hit and click these accustomed method and even in small target clients as well. So, my resto transformed from the old mode restaurant into a fine-dine bistro setup...
Due to closedown decision, the management (family) decided to create new plan from the former approach in order to regain the consumer and stayed in the game. As part of the major adherence from the regular set of guidelines which helps me to eradicate the grief of losing the game, new brilliant ideas came up and taught me to reestablish my passions into a bigger picture. I shaped up my own flair, made my own menu, and all food will be instant delivery and serving a “hot food”... ala-silog silog our specialty that’s what we called... and started to click and been identified as “Tapa” and customer begins to liked it, mostly it became a main enticement to our cuisines serving together with our special fried rice and dried meat that we introductory offer,... so, with the help of these fantastic meal, I got all the possibility, regained the patronage, and to reach the target audience, the good results revealed and awakened my diligence and perseverance, and I learned all these good strategies and up to present, then it continues the spirits and lifted to become a stable role which offer a great food in the students and community. The team established principles, that’s helps me and my family, to continue to grow and all good wishes to maximize the business, soon to be pleased to announce our brand new "Djchef Master’s Tapa" with the help of our official Facebook fan page. I was actually thinking, (a couple of months ago), I am hoping that soon, I'll have given a chance to promote and expand this new operation from small scale of business into a large operation, and from these day forward... I'm looking, planning and preparing any possibilities including myself and my team that soon to have a first branch after the success of this business where you can serve, taste and eat all best food posted herein... and soon the sizzling cuisines, banana leaf platter meal, dessert and of course meals silog especially our very own version of tapsilog and other featured recipes will be serve to you.
