Sari Sari Salu Salo is back, and this time we’re bringing it to Coffee Plz Coffee Plz! ☕️

This weekend, we’re filling our table with coffee from across the Philippines. Arabica, Robusta, Liberica and Excelsa, all together for one big salu-salo.

On the brew bar are coffees we’re excited to share, including top-ranking lots from recent national and regional coffee auctions. Come curious. There will be plenty to taste, talk about and discover!

We’re also bringing a few things from Escolta: caps, shirts, stickers and temporary tattoos.

And because a salu-salo calls for something special, we’re serving these sparkling drinks all-weekend— the Escolta Fizz: a bright and refreshing drink made with Philippine coffee cascara, and the Burke Sunburst: a dalandan + coffee concoction.

[CUPPING]

Sari-saring kape, sari-saring kwento, sa iisang salo-salo. ☕️🍒

Last June 5, our cupping table at Philippine Coffee Expo 2026 became a meeting place for producers, farmers, roasters, and curious coffee drinkers. Each cup opened a dialogue about origin, process, craft, and community.

Together, we explored a lineup that reflects what we value at Escolta Coffee Company: coffees with character, stories worth sharing, and the people who make them possible.
