Not every great dish starts with a plan.
What began as a staff meal made from ingredients already available in our kitchen turned into something too good not to share. Made with shrimp, fresh local vegetables, creamy white sauce, and finished with chili flakes for the perfect balance of richness and spice.
Named after the phrase "de peligro"—because sometimes the best meals are born from making the most of what you have.🤭
