Last year, we built The Artistโ€™s Loft with Lee, bringing coffee and art together through a space for our beans and coffee tastings.

This year, we took that idea somewhere new.

Now at the Food Hall, we imagined our booth as the ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—š๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜†. A working coffee bar surrounded by pieces from artists weโ€™ve collaborated with over the years, alongside the coffees, merch, and things weโ€™re making today.

Weโ€™ve always tried to find ways to bring art into what we do, whether through our spaces, packaging, merch, or collaborations. So for this yearโ€™s fair, it felt right to bring some of those pieces back together and serve coffee right in the middle of it.

Also at the gallery: the ๐—ข๐—บ๐—ฎ ๐—š๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ ๐—•๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ, our special drink made with Oma Gesha and available only at ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—น๐˜‡ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—จ๐—ฅ๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ฌ๐—ฅ ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ฟ. After this weekend, itโ€™s gone. You can also find the Oma Gesha beans at the booth if you want to take some home.

Let's talk about the brew window for Oma Gesha, we promise it's worth the wait!

In comparison to our single origins where we suggest to rest for 7 days from roasting date, the brewing window for our Oma Gesha is much longer. We recommend waiting at least 14 days from the roast date. Its flavors continue to develop as it rests, reaching their peak around 3โ€“5 weeks from roast.
