HIRING: SUPPLY and DEMAND PLANNER
Berjaya Paris Baguette Philippines Inc., a Korean Bakery and Café, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Supply and Demand Planner to join our growing team.
Position: Supply and Demand Planner
Key Responsibilities
• Create effective material replenishment plans based on historical sales data and product shelf life.
• Monitor inventory levels, including aging, slow-moving, and non-moving stocks.
• Ensure proper processing of damaged goods and vendor returns.
• Support supplier negotiations by leveraging purchase volumes while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams to ensure successful launches of Limited-Time Offer (LTO) products.
• Monitor inventory movement and proactively identify potential stockouts.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to address supply issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate material codes and inventory data within the system.
• Assist in developing processes and controls to support departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer applications and data analysis
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
