Take note of the new traffic scheme.

1. Marina Way – One Way West bound from Diokno Blvd. to Pacific Drive;
2. Seashell Lane – One Way South bound from Marina Way to Coral Way;
3. Coral Way – One Way East bound from Seashell Lane to Diokno Blvd;
4. Sunset Ave. One Way East bound from Pacific Drive to Diokno Blvd;

During the trial phase of the "Counter Clockwise" scheme, temporary traffic signs will be installed to guide motorists on the new traffic flow.

We thank everyone for the continued patience, understanding and cooperation.

In an effort to improve the traffic flow in the Complex, management, in coordination with the CBP1A Administration, will implement the “Counter Clockwise” Traffic Scheme starting September 28, 2017. In this scheme, the below streets shall have the following deviations:

1. Marina Way – One Way West bound from Diokno Blvd. to Pacific Drive;
2. Seashell Lane – One Way South bound from Marina Way to Coral Way;
3. Coral Way – One Way East bound from Seashell Lane to Diokno Blvd;
4. Sunset Ave. One Way East bound from Pacific Drive to Diokno Blvd;
