Presenting MODERNE: Modern French x Modern Japanese

For two exclusive evenings, Metronome and Mōdan will be hosting one-of-a-kind collaboration dinners between chefs Miko Calo and Jorge Mendez. Featuring the same Modern French x Modern Japanese collaboration menu on both nights, dishes will be served in the style of the respective restaurants.
