This August, we open the table to something deeper than taste.

Satori presents a Sensory Workshop focused on refining perception beyond the cup. The session will cover the fundamentals of sensory evaluation from aroma recognition and flavor mapping to structure, balance, and aftertaste. Through calibrated references and guided tasting exercises, participants will explore how to translate taste into measurable sensory language.

Registration is now open. Find the link in our bio.

Championships celebrate precision and consistency, but coffee extends far beyond the competition stage.

This Tuesday, we’re opening both opportunities to everyone. Join us for a free public cupping featuring coffees from Thailand alongside a curated selection of Taiwanese espresso and filter coffees. Experience how origin, variety, processing, and roasting shape each cup, while hearing directly from two professionals whose work has been recognized on the world stage.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to taste, ask questions, and connect with:

Bala Shao-Sing 林紹興🇹🇼Bala, Shao-Sing
World Latte Art Champion 2026
3rd Runner-up, World Latte Art Championship 2026
Taiwan Latte Art Champion (2020, 2022, 2025)

Kittanai “Bomboldman” Kittanai Bomboldman Kongtanarak
Thailand National Brewers Cup Champion 2025
2nd Runner-up, Thailand National Cup Tasters Championship 2026

Alongside the cupping, we’ll be serving a special menu featuring Taiwanese espresso and Taiwanese filter coffee throughout the event. We believe coffee becomes more meaningful when knowledge is shared openly. This gathering isn’t about watching champions from a distance, it’s about tasting together, asking questions, exchanging ideas, and celebrating the community that coffee continues to build.

Some coffees arrive as products. Others arrive carrying years of work, seasons of uncertainty, and the decisions of producers who continue to push quality forward. This release is a collection of the latter.

Our newest lineup brings together coffees that each tell a different story of origin and processing: Peru Finca Los Santos Gesha Washed, recognized among the Cup of Excellence 2025 winners; Ethiopia Daye Bensa Yeast Inoculation, exploring controlled fermentation through selected yeast cultures; six distinct expressions from Kenya, Kamunyaka Natural, Miiri Natural, Thunguri Natural, Thunguri AA Washed, and Ziwa AB Washed, each revealing how variety, elevation, and processing shape the cup; and Costa Rica Mystic Hills Anaerobic Natural, where extended anaerobic fermentation builds remarkable complexity without sacrificing clarity.

We adjust every profile based on the coffee’s density, moisture, and processing, giving each one exactly what it needs, nothing more, nothing less. The result is a cup that stays true to its origin, with its unique aromatics, acidity, sweetness, and texture fully intact.

No two coffees should taste the same. Each one deserves to tell its own story.

Back by popular demand. Our Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Kagoshima and Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Aichi have returned to Satori.

Both are produced from carefully cultivated tencha, the shade grown tea leaves that are steamed, dried, and stone milled into matcha, preserving their vibrant color and rich umami.

Kagoshima offers a softer profile with delicate nori umami, gentle sweetness, and a smooth, rounded finish. Aichi presents a deeper expression with earthy, nutty notes, pronounced umami, and a more structured cup.

Available served hot or iced.
