At LAUNDRAFÉ, our mission has always been simple — to provide convenient, high-quality laundry service with care and reliability.
One of the ways we’ve shown our appreciation to our community is by offering FREE Pickup & Delivery within select areas near our facility.
However, due to the continuous rise in fuel prices, which are now almost double compared to previous months, our operational logistics costs have significantly increased. In order for us to maintain the same quality service, timely deliveries, and dedicated logistics support, we will be implementing a temporary Pickup & Delivery Service Fee starting March 18, 2026 (Wednesday).
💡 Why only the logistics fee?
Instead of increasing our laundry service rates, we decided to initially adjust only the logistics component. This allows us to continue providing the same wash quality, detergents, processes, and care that our LAUNDRAFERs trust.
📦 Important Notes
• This adjustment only applies to Pickup & Delivery services
• Our laundry service rates remain unchanged
• The fee is temporary and fuel-price dependent
⛽ Once fuel prices stabilize and return closer to previous levels, we will immediately suspend the Pickup & Delivery fee again for the select free service locations.
Your continued support allows us to keep serving you with the same dedication and service standards that LAUNDRAFÉ is known for.
