As we celebrate , we’re shining a spotlight on one of the region’s most cherished delicacies: Tupig. Wrapped in banana leaves and grilled over charcoal, this humble snack has long been a symbol of home, heritage, and shared moments across Pangasinan and La Union.
Inspired by the familiar flavors of this delicacy, we’ve transformed tupig into a pair of creations that honor its rich, smoky sweetness while giving it a distinctly Bo’s Coffee twist!
