Today will be our last service for 2025!

After a short New Year break, Metiz will open its doors again on January 7.

Our phone will also be on rest mode as we spend time with our loved ones, but not to worry as all reservation inquiries will be answered by January 6.

In the opening of Metiz 2.0, we continue to find which dishes hit right—meaning everyday is a pleasant surprise—and one of the many things to look forward to is this Tuna with Mechado, Smoked Mushroom, Fermented  Tamarillo, Pineapple Ketchup, and and Oyster "Bernice." 🐟
