Flour & Flower Enjoy Home Baked Cakes paired with locally produced coffee beans at our Café We are a tiny minimalist cafe located in Mahaplag, Leyte.

Please note that due to the pandemic, advance reservation is highly recommended. We bake our cakes from scratch and we never scrimp on the ingredients. Coffee and beverages are available too. We also opened our food park recently so we hope you can visit us soon. �
