She’s happiest when she’s in our Humble Kitchen, whiling the weekends away experimenting, perfecting her recipes. I grew up in Pampanga where each meal we had was delicious and special and important. I thought all homes regarded each meal with such gravitas—food meant recharging ourselves with nourishment and love. In my experience, it’s hard to have a bad day when you’re having such a good meal. It’s lovely when the food on the table ushers conversations that become food for the soul. Starting this December, my mom’s signature Slow-Cooked American Country Roast Pork Ribs is available for orders in MANILA and PAMPANGA. Humble Kitchen also offers catering services for intimate gatherings and big celebrations.
