📝 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promo rates are valid for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, school activities, baptisms, reunions, and private parties.

2. Promo period applies only to confirmed bookings within the announced promotional dates.

3. A 50% down payment is required to secure the reservation schedule.

4. Remaining balance must be settled 3 days before the event date.

5. Transportation fees may apply outside the standard service area.

6. Client must provide final guest count at least 5 days before the event.

7. Overtime service beyond agreed hours may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation policy:
• Cancellation 14 days before event: refundable less reservation fee
• Cancellation within 7 days: non-refundable

9. Rebooking is allowed once, subject to availability.

10. Management reserves the right to adjust the menu availability depending on ingredient supply.

11. Allergen Notice:
Some salad may contain egg, dairy, seafood, chicken, gluten, and nuts.
