Qualifications:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a similar leadership role
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔️ Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Honest, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
✔️ Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and service quality standards
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when needed
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management
• Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are consistently followed
