📱 JRIDE PASSENGER APP VERSION 89 UPDATE
Mas mabilis at mas simple na ngayon ang booking for Rides and Takeout.
For eligible trips within 3 KM, the fare is now automatically computed by the system - no need to wait for the driver’s Proposed Fare.
📍 For trips beyond 3 KM, please wait for the driver’s Proposed Fare, based on the LGU-approved fare matrix.
We also want to inform everyone that these updated rates were not made randomly. We now have enough data from previous actual trips, kaya mas may basis na tayo in coming up with these rates. We also considered the current high fuel prices so our drivers can be compensated more fairly. If fuel prices go down in the future, these rates may also be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
How to update your JRide app:
1. Open your Google Play Store
2. Search for JRide
3. Tap Update
4. Open the app and enjoy the latest version
If the Play Store only shows Open, that usually means your app is already updated.
Less waiting. Faster booking. Better JRide experience. 💙

👀🌾 **JRIDE IS ABOUT TO DO MORE.**

Rides and Takeout are just the beginning.

We're preparing **two new JRide services** built around problems we experience every day in our communities.

🛵 **JRide Errands**

What if one booking could handle **more than one task and more than one stop?**

Pick something up.
Buy something you need.
Drop something off.
Proceed to another stop.
Then bring everything where it needs to go.

**One booking. Multiple stops. Multiple tasks.**

Soon, your JRide driver may be able to do more than take you from Point A to Point B.

🌾 **JRide AgriMarket**

And what if farmers could bring their produce **closer to buyers without going through several layers of middlemen?**

Fresh vegetables. Fish. Poultry. Meat. Agricultural produce and more - sourced closer to our local producers and made accessible not only to ordinary households, but also to **restaurants, stores, and other business establishments.**

The goal?

**Better market access for our farmers. More direct access to local produce for our communities.**

Two new services.

One saves you **time and unnecessary trips.**

The other could change **how local agricultural products reach the market.**

🛵 **JRide Errands**
🌾 **JRide AgriMarket**

We're not revealing everything yet. 👀

**Coming soon to JRide.**

🚖 **JRide Corporation**
**Built in Ifugao. Built around real community needs.** 💙

🍔 **JRIDE TAKEOUT - 2ND BATCH OF VENDOR STORES COMING SOON!** 🚖

We're preparing to onboard our **2nd batch of JRide Takeout partner stores!**

📩 Sa mga businesses na **nag-message na sa amin before**, please send us a quick reminder para masiguradong wala kaming makaligtaan.

Interested in joining? Feel free to message our page!

✅ **NO registration fee**
✅ Open to interested local businesses
📄 Just make sure you have a **valid business permit to operate**

🌧️🍔 LONG WEEKEND NA! PAHINGA KA MUNA, JRIDE NA ANG BAHALA SA FOOD TRIP MO! 💙

Kaya feel free to check the JRide app from time to time para makita kung sino ang available at open.

📲 Important reminder kapag umorder:

Once you submit your order, please wait for the vendor to confirm within 5 minutes.

After confirmation, the system will look for an available driver. The driver will then send you the fare proposal / total bill based on the applicable LGU fare matrix and delivery charges.

⚠️ Huwag muna isara agad ang app pagkatapos umorder. Check it from time to time habang hinihintay ang confirmation at fare proposal para hindi ma-delay o ma-cancel ang order.

💵 For orders above PHP 500, the system may first assign the nearest available driver to collect the cash before proceeding to the vendor.

🔐 Make sure your JRide profile is verified first for a smoother ordering experience.

So kung ang plano mo ngayong long weekend ay:

🍗 Lunch na hindi mo kailangang puntahan
☕ Merienda habang umuulan
🍔 3 PM cravings
🍜 Dinner na ayaw mo nang lumabas para bilhin

Open JRide, choose your favorite vendor, place your order, and let us handle the rest. 🚖🍴

Enjoy the long weekend. Stay safe, stay comfortable, and support local businesses through JRide Takeout!

ATTENTION, FUN WALK PARTICIPANTS: PLEASE SAVE OR SCREENSHOT THIS EVENT-DAY GUIDE

In partnership with DBHS dosmiluno, JRide is sharing this guide to help everyone prepare for tomorrow's Fun Walk and Taebo for a Cause.

Date: August 21, 2026
Assembly time: 5:00 AM
Venue: Lagawe Public Plaza
Course: Official 5.21 km Fun Walk

To avoid long lines at the Help Desk, please check the information below and prepare your Event Pass tonight.

1. LOST OR FORGOT YOUR QR CODE?

You can securely recover your existing Event Pass here:

https://app.jride.net/events/dbhs-batch-2001-fun-run-2026/my-walk

For regular and sponsor ticket holders, prepare:

Your Ticket Number, such as FR-344 or SP-005
The Private Claim Code printed on your ticket, usually found at the back
The mobile number used during online registration

The system will reopen your original Event Pass. It will not create another registration or another QR code.

Batch 2001 members and Golden Jubilarians whose registration is already linked to a JRide passenger account may also use the JRide sign-in option.

Those without a private ticket code or linked JRide account may proceed to the Help Desk for identity verification.

Please try the recovery link tonight. Once your Event Pass opens, bookmark the page or save a screenshot of your QR code. Do not post or send your private QR code to other people.

2. ATTENDANCE AND RAFFLE QUALIFICATION

To qualify for the Fun Walk raffle, you must:

Have registered online before the event.
Be physically present tomorrow.
Have your attendance recorded at the registration table.

Your attendance may be recorded through:

QR code scanning, or
Authorized Help Desk Manual Check-In when your QR cannot be read, your link cannot be retrieved, or you have no phone

This applies to all online-registered attendees, including:

Batch 2001 members
Golden Jubilarians
Regular participants
Sponsor-ticket holders
Online-registered guests

Please remember: online registration alone is not enough. Your attendance must also be recorded at the event.

Walk-ins and participants registered manually at the venue will not be included in the online-registration raffle.

3. VIEW YOUR OWN LOCATION DURING THE WALK

After your attendance is recorded and the Fun Walk officially starts:

Open your Event Pass.
Tap Allow Safety Tracking.
Allow your browser to use your phone location.
Tap Open My Live Map.

Your private map will show:

The official blue Fun Walk route
Your own current location
A Follow Me button to recenter the map

This is similar to a basic live map, but it is not turn-by-turn navigation. It does not provide voice directions, and JRide does not save your complete GPS trail.

Only your latest safety location is used during the event. Other participants cannot see your location.

For best results:

Open the link using Chrome or Safari
Avoid opening it only inside the Messenger or Facebook in-app browser
Keep your Event Pass page open while walking
Keep mobile data and phone location turned on
Bring a fully charged phone or power bank
4. SHARE THE FUN WALK ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Inside your Event Pass, tap:

Share Fun Walk / Finish

Before reaching the Finish checkpoint, it will share a participation message together with the public course link.

After your Finish checkpoint is recorded, it can share a verified completion message using the official 5.21 km course distance.

The event will never share:

Your live GPS coordinates
Your private Event Pass link
Your QR token
The locations of other participants

You may also share the public course directly:

https://app.jride.net/events/dbhs-batch-2001-fun-run-2026/course

Please share only the public course link. Do not share your private Event Pass URL or QR code.

5. PLEASE PREPARE TONIGHT

Before coming to the plaza, please:

Recover and open your Event Pass
Save or screenshot your QR code
Bring your issued ticket when applicable
Remember your private claim code
Charge your phone
Prepare mobile data
Bring a power bank when available
Arrive early for attendance scanning

Participants without a phone may bring their issued ticket or valid identification so the Help Desk can verify their existing registration.

Please read and share this guide with your classmates, batchmates, family members, and companions who are joining tomorrow.

Let us make the event safe, organized, exciting, and memorable.

See you tomorrow at 5:00 AM at the Lagawe Public Plaza!
