Not to hate but to learn. A customer fully refunded an item because of a missing ingredient, but still ate the food. This kind of incident did not happen once, but we have experienced it a couple of times.
It is important for us as customers to check every single detail of the food we are ordering online. We need to read and understand because what shows in the pictures/menu does not necessarily mean it is what is coming. Some of the things included in the photos are *ADD ONS. Some pictures are there to show the full package of what is *RECOMMENDED by the restaurant. So please double check and be careful.
A customer refunding food is a huge loss for the restaurant. Refunding the item while in fact consuming the food only adds to the injury. Grab is sometimes so unfair, allowing customers to refund very easily while restaurants require hundreds of proofs and documents before we can appeal--and wait for days.
Our ADVICE and RECOMMENDATION:
To our dear customers:
-When there is a missing item, kindly message us on this page or contact our mobile number immediately. We are willing to arrange and compensate, no problem.
-When there is a problem regarding the food (too salty, too oily), the same-contact us directly for possible arrangements.
-Whatever incident may happen, let us know. We love feedbacks, we want to be better--but also be fair please.
