We noticed someone closely observing and documenting our ingredients, preparation, and processes inside our cafe.

Our CCTV footage captured the incident.

We understand that businesses can inspire ideas, and we respect healthy competition. But there is a difference between being a customer and deliberately observing or documenting another business’ operations.

Our recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, and processes are part of the hard work we’ve built over the years. We kindly ask everyone to respect that.
