Tiramisuman was much loved by our customers that we thought it's time to create another version. Introducing our "Bikoff" --- a marinate of the words Biscoff and Biko. It has the same base as the Tiramisuman, malagkit rice cooked in coconut cream infused with coffee. Then it is layered with biscoff crumbs and biscoff sauce with cream and condensed milk dashed with cinnamon powder. Nothing special in preparation but the way the ingredients harmonized together, it left us amazed as well. Prolly because Biscoff means biscuit and coffee.
