C for Cacao! Our first ever tableya cupping in Manila. We are honored to share the Flavors of Aklan Tableya to our Manileño friends. It was an interactive activity of showing how the farmers make tableya from cacao beans, evaluation of taste notes per tableya origin, and blind tasting of tableya origins and Aklan blend. They also got to cook their own tableya moron and wrapped their own p**o maya --- perfect pair for tableya de batirol. Thank you so much for your time. 🤎
