Nangin kampeon ang Barangay 7 sa ginpatigayon nga Coffee Fiesta sa Kabankalan City Public Plaza, alas 9 sang aga, Hulyo 28.

32 ka mga barangay sa syudad ang nagpasundayag sang ila nga timpla sang kape sa mga nagabisita sa amo nga selebrasyon kadungan sang 29th Charter Anniversary sa Kabankalan.

Nakapauli sang P7,000 ang Champion nga amo ang Barangay 7, P5,000 naman sa 1st Runner Up ang Barangay Oringao kag P3,000 sa 2nd Runner Up nga amo ang Barangay Camugao.

Ang nasambit nga kompetisyon ang gin-organized sang Local Economic and Investment Promotions Office (LEIPO) kaupod ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Negros Center Kabankalan.

Sa interview kay Victor Alamon, ang Senior Business Counselor of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Negros Center Kabankalan, ginpahayag nga ini ang pinaka-una nga Coffee fiesta sa syudad kag kun sin-o man ang magadaog amo maga representar sang Kabankalan City sa Negros Occidental Coffee Fiesta.

Samtang nangin madinalag-on naman ang nauna nga adlaw sang Sabor Kabankalanon kun sa diin nagpatigayon sang training kun paano magluto sang Bande kag Peanut Brittle kaupod ang trainor nga si Chef Mae Resultay, isa ka KMME Growth Champion Awardee 2026 kag Owner sang Rensels Food Products sa banwa sang Isabela.*
