EVERY SMALL BUSINESS HEARTBREAK — CANCELLED ORDERS 💔
Tonight, we experienced two cancelled orders through GrabFood, and honestly, this is one of the hardest parts of running a small food business. 🥺
We completely understand that sometimes cancellations happen for reasons beyond anyone’s control. We’re not here to blame our customers, our riders, or our Grab partners. We just want to share a little glimpse of what happens on our side when an order gets cancelled.
By the time an order is cancelled, the food may already be freshly cooked, packed, and waiting to be picked up. For bigger businesses, a cancelled order may be easier to absorb, but for a small business like ours, every single sale matters. ❤️
What makes it even more heartbreaking is knowing that food prepared with time, effort, and love may eventually go to waste. 😔
If you ever need to cancel an order, we kindly ask that, whenever possible, please try to contact us first. We’re always willing to listen, adjust, and find a way to accommodate. Sometimes, a little communication can make a big difference to a small business like ours. 🫶🏻
And to our GrabFood customers and Grab partners, thank you for understanding that behind every order is a small business trying its best to keep going. We truly appreciate every order, every customer, and every person who helps us avoid unnecessary food waste. 🤍
NOTE: These cancelled orders were freshly cooked and are still available tonight. If anyone would like to help us recover from these cancelled orders, we are open until 12:00 midnight today. 🥹❤️
Thank you so much, mga Ka-Sachi! Your support means more to us than you know. 🙏🏻
