First to Purple Kitchen's Cheesecake Collection is my very own Valentino's favorite---Strawberry!!! This is a post-Vday gift as well because I waited for the strawberries to be delivered all the way from Benguet. For those who are not familiar, Gimbap (๊น€๋ฐฅ) is a Korean dish made from cooked rice (BAP) and other ingredients that are rolled in a dried sheet of seaweed (GIM), and served in bite-sized slices.
It is full packed with veggies and meat depending on your preference. Ours has carrots, cucumber, pickled radish, ham, crabsticks, and fishcake! Our Cheesy Baked version has that cheesy sauce + Kewpie mayo combination. ๐Ÿ˜Š
