A few nights ago, we hosted UNESCO delegates, ASEAN officials, and Iloilo City Government representatives for a dinner that was all about Iloiloโ€™s sustainable ingredients and stories including Langka, Tuba, Batwan, Guimaras Mangoes, and Kadios.

Chefs Miles Diez of Mestizo and Chef Bea Magalona of Ciรฉnda built a menu around ingredients that taste like the island, intentionally plated for guests who flew in from across Asia.

The good news? We're doing it again but opening our doors just for you! Chef Bea is coming back to Mestizo to join Chef Miles for a shared tasting menu degustation, and you are all invited. More details dropping soon. Stay tuned!
