The CPU-College of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Sciences here in Jaro, Iloilo City would like to invite you to a two-day seminar on May 11 to 12. This seminar is entitled "Advances in Growing Philippine Native Chicken for Market (Dressed native chicken)." The topics for discussion will be market opportunities, housing design, sourcing of day-old chicks, brooding management, feeds & feeding, flock health and other cultural management, and other possible topics the attendees would like to include during the sessions. Sharing of experiences from raisers who are in this venture will be heard, also.

Due to the overwhelming request of the participants coming from abroad, the specialized Mho-Sol Farming Technique is moved on November 10, 2018. This seminar will impart the important concepts on combining the production system of raising Philippine native chickens for market, African hito, palay, banana, and forages in just 1,500 square meter of farmland, Mho-Sol Farming Techniques have a target income of more than Php1.00 Million per year. Good Day Everyone!

This coming October 20, 2018 we will conduct a seminar entitled “Basic Concepts in Commercial Production of Philippine Native Chicken” .This training/seminar is intended for newbies in the concepts of raising native chickens in commercial-scale. It was the output of the evaluation of previous training among participants who were not able to attend a seminar like this. The discussion will be focusing on the packages of technologies pertaining to raising of this group of fowl in larger number.
The seminar on "Basic Concept in Commercial Production of Philippine Native Chicken" is one of the needed certificates for the completion or giving of "Diploma in Commercial Production of Philippine Native Chicken." This Diploma will be duly signed by the CPU University President and the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Sciences. The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units are being work-out for these series of seminars.

This is a specialized training on how to formulate, mill and mix the supplemental feeds for Philippine native chickens. These are the products of researches conducted at Central Philippine University College of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Sciences.
