Q1: What's inside the Deco's Batchoy Kit? Each kit contains one complete serving — the same as our dine-in order. Contents: 500ml soup, noodles, pork, beef, liver, chicharon, garlic, and onion leaves. Price: ₱190 per kit | ₱35 per thermal pouch
Thermal pouch: An insulated pouch that keeps your kit cold for 4–6 hours — ideal for travel. One pouch fits up to three kits. Q2: How many servings is one kit? One kit is good for one person. Q3: Does the kit contain allergens? The batchoy contains pork, beef, liver, and a small amount of bagoong (fermented shrimp paste). The noodles may also contain wheat or eggs. It is not suitable for those with allergies to these ingredients. If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact us directly before purchasing. FRESHNESS & STORAGE
Q4: Why is the soup frozen and the toppings vacuum-sealed? Both methods preserve the natural quality and flavor of the batchoy. About the bottle: We use PET bottles, which are food-safe and widely used for food packaging. The soup is always cooled before bottling — it is never bottled hot. Food safety reminder: If you are not eating right away, refrigerate the kit within two hours of purchase. Q5: How long does it stay fresh? Refrigerator: Up to 3 days
Freezer: Up to 15 days

Q6: How do I prepare the Batchoy Kit? Step 1 — Thaw the soup:
Place the sealed bottle in a bowl of room-temperature water for 30–45 minutes. Do not microwave or heat the bottle directly. Step 2 — Prepare your bowl:
Open the noodles and toppings packet and place the contents in a large bowl. Step 3 — Heat the soup:
Pour the thawed soup into a pan and bring to a rolling boil. Step 4 — Assemble:
Pour the hot soup over the noodles and toppings. Q7: What if I want the soup hot right away? Order via standard take-out or delivery and request it hot. For both options, the noodles and toppings are vacuum-sealed separately. TRAVEL & DELIVERY
Q8: Can I bring the kit to Manila or on longer trips? The kit is designed for travel. Steps:
Get the solidly frozen kit. Place it inside our thermal pouch (₱35). The pouch maintains temperature for 4–6 hours. Wrap the thermal pouch in a plastic bag before placing it in your luggage. Air travel: Pack in checked baggage only. Liquid restrictions apply to hand carry. Longer trips: Place a small ice pack or bubble wrap inside the thermal pouch for extra insulation. Q9: Can you send the kit to Manila? We do not offer shipping or courier services. You or someone you know can bring it as pasalubong. Q10: Is the kit available for delivery? Yes, via GrabFood or foodpanda.
