The Pakiburak x Paul Kaldi Coffee Manual Brewing Challenge officially capped off the brewers that poured out their skill, precision, and passion through rounds of qualifiers and semifinals. In the end, three names stood out above the rest.

As the rain gave way to a steady afternoon, the Paul Kaldi x Pakiburak Manual Brewing Competition pressed on at Hidden Barrel Bar & Cafe last July 12, 2026, with even more excitement brewing in the air.
Raffle prizes sponsored by La Roasteria and M Bakery were announced, with lucky winners taking home treats to sweeten their afternoon cup.

The competition intensified as brewers pushed through the qualifiers and into the semifinals, each one fine-tuning their pour, grind, and extraction in the race for a spot in the finals.

Adding to the day's big announcements, organizers revealed the competition's next stop: SM City Iloilo on July 25, 2026, giving coffee lovers another date to look forward to.

Despite the rainy morning, coffee enthusiasts and manual brewing competitors gathered at Hidden Barrel Bar & Cafe as the Paul Kaldi x Pakiburak Manual Brewing Competition officially opened its doors last July 12, 2026.

The program began with a formal presentation of competition mechanics and the introduction of the panel of judges who assessed the skills of 20 brewers vying for the title of champion.

The first batch of competitors took their stations, going head-to-head in a display of precision, technique, and passion for the craft, undeterred by the weather outside.

Adding to the morning's excitement, raffle prizes sponsored by Mrs. Wharton and Carlos Bakeshop were drawn, with lucky winners taking home treats amid the buzz of competition.
