Why we called it Mocha Magdalene

We didn’t just pick this name because it sounded nice.

We named it Mocha Magdalene because Mary's story has always meant something to us, a reminder that no one is ever too far gone for grace.

Mary Magdalene’s life was changed not because she was perfect, but because she was loved by JESUS--with HIS perfect and everlasting love.

With mocha, it starts strong and deep, like espresso.
Then it’s softened with chocolate--warm, rich, comforting.

Two very different things coming together to make something beautiful.

That’s what this drink represents for us.

That even the bold, messy, or complicated parts of life can be softened by love, and turned into something worth savoring.

So every cup of Mocha Magdalene is our little reminder of redemption, warmth, and hope.

John 20:14-18 ESV
[14] Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. [15] Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?
