Since we are closed on Mondays, we allot this day for the city's coffee community and yesterday, we had the second run of our brewdown-rookie edition, which featured various beans from Eclipse Micro-roastery & Coffee Lab PH.

Congratulations to Kaizer Caballero Llido for winning this leg (hear about his backstory when you join us in our next run 🙂).

Special thanks to Trias Meridies 9500 (Derick, Kent, Tristan), Dave Fredeluces, and Barista Association of Region 12 - BAR12 for supporting the event.

Since we are closed on Mondays, we allot this day for the city's coffee community and yesterday, we had a coffee cupping session that featured local and international beans.

Grateful to Margo Benzonan Fuentes of Good Cup Coffee for initiating the event and sharing her expertise.

To our PCBL Davao Leg Champs who will be part of team Philippines in the ASEAN competition this November - Trias Meridies 9500 (Derick, Kent, Tristan) for the usual support.

This initiative is presented in collaboration with Emerita Resto and Cafe and Polomolok Tourism Stakeholders Inc., bringing together coffee enthusiasts, tourism stakeholders, hospitality professionals, and industry partners for a meaningful exchange of knowledge and appreciation for coffee.
