Meet Elvis, our Head Pizzaiolo. For the past 9 years, he’s been perfecting every dough, every crust, and every pizza that comes out of our wood-fired oven. Starting as a pizzaiolo, his hard work and commitment have led him to become the heart of our pizza kitchen.

Originally from Dinagat Island, Elvis now calls Siargao home, where he lives with his wife and children while continuing to do what he loves every day.

Every pizza he makes is more than just a meal, it’s a reflection of years of experience, care, and the people behind Kermit.
