150g of whole lechon + your choice of a Castaway Cocktails cocktail or San Miguel B**r b**r and DJ sets by MYKO & GA before our SALO SALO Dinner at 6 PM 🫡

Sunday Roast is open to all. While reservations are encouraged for dinner. See you!

For our first SALO SALO sa Sagana, we’re bringing together three chefs who have been cooking, feeding, and building their lives around food here in Siargao for years.

Chef EJ × Chef Glyn × Chef Gino — the Isla Kusineros 💪🏽

From Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao, they’re bringing pieces of home to one table: food they grew up with, dishes they’ve made their own, and flavors they’re excited to share.

This is more than a menu. It’s a little bit of feast, family, and memories.
