Chicken Schnitzel — golden crispy chicken, romain lettuce, boiled egg, cesar dressing, confit tomatoes, bacon bits, croutons, and parmesan cheese. Crunchy, creamy, fresh.

Gazpacho — chilled, vibrant, slow-roasted tomato with garlic prawns, anchovies, fried capers, and ciabatta crouton. The perfect cool-down.
