We’d just like to take this opportunity to congratulate our very own senior barista Noel for placing First in the S A T O R Ī Brewer’s Cup Championships 2026! The winner of the event will earn a ticket to Japan, in order to attend the World of Coffee Asia event, which will also feature the 2027 World Barista Championships!

Noel, words cannot express how proud we are of you and all that you have accomplished in your young career.

First time we met you, we saw a kid that was humble, he had a strong passion for coffee and had big dreams of becoming a well respected barista. You worked on your craft during your free time, always with integrity and the hunger to never stop learning. Forever a student of coffee culture. And now, you’ve booked yourself ticket to Japan to witness first hand, the World Barista Championships. Keep on dreaming big Noel. Team Caravan will be cheering for you every step of the way. Thank you as well to our coffee department head DJ, for guiding you through your coffee journey.

Props to all the pops 🧡

We just wanted to give a shoutout to all the amazing dads out there. Thank you for inspiring us and for always having our backs. We love you and Happy Father’s Day to you all :)

Last month we released the “Yoda Pancakes” in celebration of Star Wars day. It’s made of buttermilk pancakes, strawberries, crushed cashew and topped with our very own pandan sauce extracted from real pandan leaves. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to make it a permanent part of our menu. So if you’re feeling a little adventurous, feel free to give it a try. Our Pandan pancakes are officially available starting today!

And by the way, it also pairs well with our icy cold brew. Happy weekend everyone 🥞💚

Aside from the space, coffee, our team and the people we serve.. music is one of the things that truly brings a café to life. On the day of our ₱100 coffee promo, we sat down with some of our regulars and listened to their stories. Their words were a beautiful reminder of why we continue to do what we do.

It’s in a well-crafted cup of coffee, the care behind every plate served, and even the way the music makes you feel.
These may seem like simple gestures, but together they create something meaningful. Small, consistent moments that, over time, become what we know as café culture.

The Local has been with us since 2016. First known as Localmotion, it slowly found its true name through the people who drank it, shared it, and kept coming back for it.

Today, it’s one of our most beloved signature drinks—a small tribute to local flavors, local stories, and the place we call home.

Crafted with double espresso, house-made espresso jelly, local honey, and milk.
