Diding Restaurant Serving happiness one meal at a time. From our kitchen to your family’s table, every meal is prepared with quality, value, and love.

The Diding restaurant is inspired by Evangeline 'Diding' Quipao. It was planned and built out of great love and respect for her. The recipe for the fried chicken took months of study, with countless trials to get the perfect taste. The halohalo was researched, experimented with, and carefully studied to get the right blend.
