Okay, this one might be our new favorite. 🍄🔥

Say hello to Fungi Fuego. Grana Padano fondue as the base, then a pile of sautéed shiitake and shimeji, spicy nduja for the kick, and crispy enoki on top for that crunch. Earthy, melty, a little fiery. It’s a lot going on and somehow it just works.
