🤗 Yesterday, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the wonderful Alice Dixson to Punta Playa Lio. It was an honor to host her for an evening filled with laughter, sea breezes, and, of course, a true culinary journey 👌

🧑‍🍳 Our kitchen team pulled out all the stops to curate a memorable dining experience for her, starting with a selection of our signature tapas: rich gambas al ajillo, a delicately fresh tuna carpaccio, and savory chorizo al vino 🍽️

🥘 For the main course, she enjoyed our traditional seafood paella—capturing the true essence of the Mediterranean on a plate—perfectly paired with a fine bottle of rosé wine. To round off the perfect evening, she treated herself to our classic, crispy churros for dessert 🥂
