QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate preferably with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field
- Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Passionate about food and beverage preparation
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Friendly and with a pleasing personality
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ready to start immediately with all pre-employment requirements completed is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare and serve a variety of drinks
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
-Assist with
# inventory management and restocking supplies
-Ensure adherence to company standards in all drink preparations
