At Lechoneros, we take pride in crafting an exceptional dining experience centered around our signature dish: Lechon. Our Lechon is meticulously prepared using original Cebuano herbs and spices. Special ingredients like spring onions and lemongrass are carefully tucked inside the pig, which is then rubbed with rock salt. Slow-roasted for 3 to 4 hours (depending on the size), the flavors permeate d

eep into the meat and even reach the bones. We select only the finest native pigs for our Lechon. Our secret blend of ingredients ensures maximum crunchiness of the skin and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of the meat. Each Lechon is roasted to perfection for at least 3 hours. To fully savor our Lechon, we recommend enjoying it without any sauce. The natural richness and tenderness of the meat shine through when paired with coconut vinegar (sukang tuba) and atchara. Call any of our three branches at least seven hours in advance to secure your Lechon for ordinary days. For special occasions like Christmas and New Year, we recommend booking at least one day in advance. Order more than 2 Lechons, and enjoy free delivery. For smaller orders, simply pick up from the nearest store. Need Lechon delivered to Manila or any other destination? Let us know, and we’ll safely pack it for you at a minimal charge.
