Everything is freshly homemade—our breads, ice creams, pastries, and practically all of our food! Even our Signage is “D-I-Y”, and our vibrant artsy ambience is reminiscent of a bohemian’s domicile, because it’s personally designed and decorated by--wait for it--US! This place is “personal’ to us, and it shows in our brand of service! Here, if a product or ingredient is not farm-grown or homemade,
then they are most definitely selected with care. Our wines are “boutique.” Our beers are Filipino & American CRAFT…or Belgain and German Ales. We have our own house blend espresso coffee made from 80% Colombian Arabica and 20% Cavite Robusta, medium to dark roast. Because we are located at the lobby of Las Casitas Hotel, we start serving breakfast at 6AM, Guaranteed! We have an extensive Filipino and Western Breakfast Menu. And of course, our longganisa, tocino, and bacon are—you guessed it--HOMEMADE! Our food selection is international and eclectic. It’s not common, but somehow it “sounds familiar!” You can tell that our menu is made by someone who travels…someone who travels TO EAT!
