Since the comment was deleted, we'll clarify this once.

Our post was never about gaining views or followers it was about raising awareness.

We didn't mock or humiliate anyone; we simply shared what happened.

After the post, several people reached out to us with similar experiences, confirming this was not an isolated incident. This was also not the first time our staff had encountered this behavior.

We reported the incident to the proper authorities before posting. We followed the appropriate process.

As business owners, our responsibility is to protect our staff and customers. Are we expected to stay silent until someone gets seriously hurt? Taking preventive action should never be criticized.

We sincerely hope anyone who needs help receives it. However, rehabilitation is not the responsibility of the victims or our business. Our responsibility is to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

We'll continue choosing safety, accountability, and awareness over silence.
