What started as a passionate self experimentation turned out to be a humble small food business.

Our kimchi making process is also like other the sellers of this side dish. We buy the freshest ingredients, make them with labor of love then sell them at the most competitive price. What makes our kimchi taste distinct from each other is the heart and soul of the kimchi maker herself. Yani, our homegrown kimchi maker, is self taught in this enterprise. Through watching avidly Maangchi’s Youtube videos, she learned the ropes of kimchi making.

The hard work of making an average of 4 kilos recipe (8 kilos final product) takes up half of her waking hours. A tedious process it may be but she feels light while working since her working process involves listening to favorite Korean songs while chopping vegetables and other related tasks.

Aside from baked goods, kimchi is another product offered by Nibblemates by Yani. For the love of this staple Korean side dish, Yani herself shares this taste to her family and friends. ❤️
