• genuinely enjoys coffee, matcha, and making drinks
• loves interacting with customers and making people feel welcome
• takes pride in the quality of what they serve
• pays attention to the little details
• works well with a team and can keep up during busy hours
• is dependable, willing to learn, and easy to work with
• barista or café experience is a plus
