Deli was born in response to pandemic. We aimed to deliver delight to our customers' home during the series of community quarantines and lockdowns. Our mission was to deliver right at our customers' doorstep their table essentials, delicious yet safe to eat, especially for the kiddos. We offered homemade style 'timplado frozen foods' and fresh whole chicken and seafoods-- in addition. GOOD TO KNOW: our frozen foods are made of 100% pure meaty goodness, less fat, no artificial preservatives, and clean. We offered our frozen foods to help minimize expenses in preparing delicious foods, since it's 'timplado'. They could also minimize their frequence in going out to the market, since it can last longer with proper storage in their refrigerators. Also, they could still eat delicious foods while staying at home. MEANWHILE, we also ran a campaign for to help our partnered local farmers and micro/small entrepreneurs promote their products and help them survive in the challenging time. That was also to foster inclusive growth and survival since a lot of our local businesses had shut down. By encouraging our market to support local, we could help recover our local economy. During the time, many of our walk-in customers had mistaken us as ready-to-eat, and some requested us to also offer ready-to-eat foods. When the lockdown got easier and many groups of people are allowed already to go out or travel, we opened our hot and cold counters for ready to eat. WE ARE NOW SERVING "HOT" DELICIOUS FOODIES! ENJOY
