🍌 Banana Bread — soft and moist, available in:

Loaded with almond slices & dark chocolate chips.
Plain (without almonds) for those with nut allergies or who prefer the classic version.

Hello, everyone! 🤎

It's been a very looong time.

First of all, I want to say thank you—and I'm so sorry for going inactive and closing my shop over the past four years.

During that time, I poured my heart into reviewing for my board exam, earning my civil engineering license, and working full-time as a civil engineer. It was a journey that taught me so much, but it also meant putting my baking dreams on hold.

Now, I'm excited to share that I've recently stepped away from my corporate job to pursue working online, giving me the time and freedom to bring "The Baker Engineer" back to life.

For now, I'll be accepting orders for brownies as we slowly get everything ready to offer cakes again very soon. One step at a time—but I'm so excited for this new chapter.

To everyone who supported my little business from the very beginning, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement has never been forgotten, and I can't wait to bake for you again!

This is just the beginning. 🤎
