The dishes we serve at Mi Fonda are our favorite ones, influenced by the different culinary and dining traditions of the countries we visited in Asia, Europe, and America. Mi Fonda is borrowed from a Mexican concept of a small restaurant, usually an al fresco type, located right outside the owner's house.
